Shipping Policy

Order processing & dispatch
All orders are processed quickly upon payment confirmation. Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.

Shipping times & estimates
We offer international shipping to deliver our products worldwide. Estimated transit time is 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery window is 8 to 14 business days from order placement. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by weather, holiday surges, or local customs processing.

Order tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier system. You can track your package anytime using the Track Order link on our website.

Address changes
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make a correction, please contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing the order at senzorgx@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Customs & import duties
International orders may sometimes incur customs fees, import taxes, or VAT depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Delayed or missing packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days or you have any concerns, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it right away.
